Everyone knows women have always done more of the household food shopping and menu selecting.

But now that women represent 43 percent of the world's agricultural labor force their power is increasing on the supply side.Tasty and nutritious first, then convenient, and exploratory once in a while. We can satisfy women's appetites in our sleep.


The Pew Research Center found that four-in-ten full-time working mothers say they spend too little time with their kids.

But the same is true for only 18% of part-time working mothers. These differences do not escape us. Magnolia does not shy away from the 42% who say they spend too little time with their partners. Our campaigns also address the bond of other family members and connection between them through key experiences.

We didn't need to read the National Bureau of Economic study to figure this one out:

For decades studies have shown that women volunteer more than men.

According to the Edelman Trust Barometer 80% of global consumers agree that business must address social issues, and over half of Americans won't work for a company that doesn't have strong social and environmental commitments. The number of Millennials are striking: 91% would switch brands to support a cause, and 62% are willing to take a pay cut to work for a responsible company.
